Film’s Most Horrifying Homes Become Paper-Thin Art

By Ashley Feinberg

Hacking and slashing may be the stuff horror movies are made of, but Marc Hagan-Guirey takes a much more delicate approach to the art of fright. With nothing more than a blade and an inhuman level of patience, this expert slicer has crafted 13 of the most iconic haunted houses in film out of paper.

Each “Horrorgami” home comes from a single sheet and takes about a week to complete. Most impressively, their shapes depend entirely on Hagan-Guirey’s precision planning and folding - no glue allowed. The entire collection will be on display at London’s Gallery One-And-A-Half beginning November 1. [Wired]
