Jerusalem artichokes 50 gallons

We just dug up about 50 gallons of Jerusalem artichokes. They have a lot of soil attached.

Consider them livestock feed as they were grown in and area where there a guy was pooping.

I bet chickens would love them.

They are piled just inside the sidewalk next to our pedestrian entrance. Bring your own container.

Help yourself. No need to call unless you want to know if there are any left.

Also, there is a big pile of peppermint roots to start your own mint patch. You just need to plant them with a little soil on top and you will have a lovely patch for herbal teas.

They are all in the same area. Help yourself.
